Strategies for Proactive Living and Your own private Global Domination!

1. Commit Yourself  to Proactive Living

THIS IS A COMMITMENT ONCE MADE, WHICH; UNLIKE A MARRIAGE, YOU CANNOT BREAK BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DIVORCE YOURSELF...AND AFTER YOU'VE STARTED LIVING, IT WILL BE THE FURTHEST THING FROM YOUR MIND!!!
REMEMBER, This is the only life you have (THE HELL WITH REINCARNATION).  Make an agreement with yourself that you are not going to sit this one out. Commit to finding and following your dreams, wants and desires and being a FULL participant, not an observer. 

2. Point Out Past "Pro-actions"

Make a list of all the moments in your life when you felt proactive. Identify what it was about that experience that made you feel proactive. If you identified studying abroad as a time of being proactive, was it the adventure, the opportunity to hear other viewpoints, learning about another culture, finding out that not all countries in the 60s automatically circumcised their men (like the USA), that was the real positive part of the experience? Was it just the feeling that you were grabbing life by the balls? Did it feel similar to "Bronco busting"? Did it give you a rush somewhat comparable to freefall?

3. Tolerate Nothing

What are you tolerating in your life?  Is there a health challenge that you're not addressing, a spousal relationship or friendship that is so OVER, a home full of junk that warrants its own zip code? If you're not being proactive in life, you are by default being a powerless reactive wuss and the world will throw you where OTHERS want you to be regardless of your feelings.

4. Identify Proactive People

Make a list of people you know WHICH ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU that live life proactively. These are the people you MAY want to get to know better AND POSSIBLY EMULATE. BUT, if after you get to know them better and cannot TOLERATE them, RE-READ RULE #3.

6. Try New Things

Make a list of all the things you want to do and add to the list everyday so you do not lose momentum.  Once a week for THREE MONTHS  try something new.  In addition to having new experiences and finding some new talents and passions, living without regrets means living and having a full life and not painfully realizing on your death bed that you were A COMPLETE MOTHER-FUCKING ASSHOLE because you never truly lived...ALL BECAUSE YOU LET NEGATIVE JEALOUS PEOPLE CONTROL YOUR LIFE. 

Get Into Action

Commit to proactive living

  1. Live without regrets! 
  2. Get off your LAZY ass and do what you've always dreamed of doing!!! 
  3. KNOW THAT: LIFE DOES NOT HAVE A DRESS REHEARSAL!!!
  4. Start small and work your way up in size. 
  5. REMEMBER, IF YOU DON'T MONITOR YOUR THOUGHTS, YOU CAN BECOME YOUR BIGGEST OBSTACLE!!!
  6. As momentum builds BE AWARE YOU WILL find yourself NOT holding back and literally GRABBING the life you've always wanted BY THE BALLS.

Two things which trap us in our past

* Regrets

It is your decision whether you live in the past or not, BUT to move forward you have to LET GO OF THE PAST!

* Secrecy

If you did something in your past which you are ashamed of or feel uneasy about, you may hide it rather than expose it. The problem is that this "secret" will somehow keep you enslaved and trapped in the past. INSTEAD, Getting things out in the open always defeats any hold that the past has on you, so you can focus on the here and now at 100% power.
